Greenock Town Centre-bought for LF Greenock Ltd. The Centre was refurbished, new tenants secured and new rental levels achieved. Sold to Prudential for £30m.
Liverpool, Bellevale Shopping Centre-bought for refurbishment by Waxy & Mars Pension Fund.
Colchester, St Johns Walk-advised LF Colchester on the re-furbishment and lettings. Sold to Allied Dunbar.
Hartlepool, Middleton Grange-bought from the Local Authority. Advised on the refurbishment of the Centre and lettings. Sold to Pillar for £45m.
Acton, The Oaks-Bought for Anglo Holdings for a refurbishment. Retained as letting agent.
Glasgow, Pollok-Advised on acquisition of Centre for Mars Pension Fund and Waxy Management. Retained as letting agent.
Galleria, Hatfield-bought on behalf of Lansfastigheter BV from the Receiver in 1993 for £10.5m. Advised the Fund on the change of the Centre to a Factory Outlet format. Advised the Fund on the sale to GE Capital in 1999. Retained as letting agent by Galleria Limited Partnership.
Huddersfield, Kingsgate- £55 million project. Town Centre retail development of 300,000 sq ft. Advised on Development agreement with Local Authority, and retained as letting agent.
Acted for Mountgrange Investments Ltd in acquiring the St Marks, Lincoln retail scheme for £66.75m. The scheme comprises some 370,000 sq ft of retail park and shops. Tenants include Homebase, Argos, New Look, Mothercare and Debenhams. There are currently 3 units vacant.
Royal Quays, purchased in September 2006 for North Shields Investment Properties Ltd. Instructed on lettings. New lettings have included Nike, Puma, Brand Fusion, Billabong, DSL for Diesel.
